Some History about Chatsworth it was incorporated August 18, 1906,and is the county seat of Murray County Georgia.
   
Murray County is home to the Chattahoochee National Forest and two Wildlife Management Areas ( The Cohutta Wilderness Area and the Coosawattee Wildlife Management Area).
